Krka Waterfalls Tour
With Panoramic Boat Cruise & Swimming
Highlights

Description
Just an hour from Split, at the very heart of Dalmatia, lies a perfect escape for anyone who loves nature. This tour brings together awe-inspiring waterfalls, a scenic river cruise, and the postcard-perfect town of Primošten to round out a truly unforgettable day.
In about 75 minutes we’ll reach Krka National Park from Split, starting with its most iconic spot: Skradinski Buk. The final of seven waterfalls on the Krka River, Skradinski Buk is also the most spectacular, forming countless travertine cascades, islands, and lakes. Stretching over 800 meters and dropping through 17 terraces, it creates one of the park’s most breathtaking landscapes and stands as the largest travertine waterfall in Europe.
Our visit includes a guided walk through a restored complex of traditional stone houses, workshops, exhibits, and old watermills, followed by a beautiful stroll along shaded forest paths and wooden bridges that showcase the park’s rich flora and fauna.
After enjoying Skradinski Buk, you’ll have free time for a picnic, capturing stunning photos from the panoramic viewpoints, or simply relaxing beneath the pines with views of the emerald-green river. Once you’re recharged, our next step begins.
It’s time for the boat ride! We’ll leave Skradinski Buk in style—on a 30-minute panoramic cruise down the river to the town of Skradin.
No day here would be complete without dipping into the Adriatic’s turquoise waters. That’s why we’re taking you to Primošten, home to some of Croatia’s most beautiful beaches—regularly voted among the top 10 in the country. Beyond the beaches, Primošten itself is a gem: a charming old town perched on a peninsula, one of the most photographed places on the Adriatic.
You’ll have two hours of free time to swim, wander the cobblestone streets, or, if you like, join an optional local wine tasting that we can happily arrange for you.
Throughout the Krka Waterfalls tour, you’ll be accompanied by a knowledgeable local English-speaking guide who brings each destination to life with stories, history, and insights you won’t find in any book. Many guests say it’s our guides they remember most when they look back on this experience.
During the shoulder months (April, May), when swimming isn’t a priority, we offer an alternative itinerary. Instead of Primošten, we’ll take you to explore the historic town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its beautifully preserved medieval core, narrow stone streets, and stunning cathedral. With our expert guides, you’ll discover the town’s rich cultural heritage, architectural gems, and unique charm that make Trogir one of the most captivating coastal towns in Croatia.
